About Us

Fox Hunter Crossing is a beautiful Stover built community nestled on 200 acres in the "quiet side" of Middletown.  This upscale neighborhood of Colonial style homes is flanked by Back Creek golf course and beautiful farms.   We still enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Routes 299, 301, and RT 1.  We are just minutes away from many of the highly sought after schools within the Appoquinimink school district.  The community has 14 acres of nature trails and a beautiful private park with great playground equipment for children to enjoy, plus a pavilion for picnics or to just get out of the sun while the kids play.  Fox Hunter Crossing has one of the lowest annual HOA assessments in the area as well!

The Fox Hunter Crossing Maintenance Corporation is a group of resident volunteers who serve on the Board to manage the community's open spaces, deed restrictions, landscaping, and snow removal.
